Stage 2

Phone Screen

  • This stage is internal to our recruiter who will call to screen candidates who have been selected by the hiring manager. 
  • After the phone screening, the recruiter will share the notes with the hiring manager. 
  • The hiring manager will then decide if the candidate should be moved along in the process. If so, the HM will ask the recruiter to schedule an interview with the interview team virtually or in-person.
Stage 3

Offer

  • After the interview process is complete, a candidate may be asked to take an assessment.
  • If the team sees a strong candidate fit culturally, skills-wise, and experience-wise, we will reach out and make an offer to that candidate.
  • Once an offer is made and the candidate accepts our offer, our People Operations department will reach out to the candidate with details regarding the background check, as all offers are contingent upon a candidate passing a criminal background check.
  • People Operations will reach out the candidate regarding the results of the background check. If the candidate passes, the candidate moves on to the hire stage.
Stage 4

Hired

  • Once a candidate passes the background check, People Operations will be in touch with instructions regarding how to complete the onboarding process through Paylocity. 
  • People Operations will communicate first-day instructions for the candidate so that they can begin a smooth on-boarding process once they arrive.
